Here is the conversation that transpired BEFORE I thought of video taping this conversation....
Nicholas: Mommy where did we come from, who's tummy did we grown in?
Me (my first thought, shit, I knew this day was coming): Well, you and Matthew grew inside a lady's tummy and she's called a "Helper". Helpers grow babies in their tummies and when the baby is brought into the world, God gifts the babies to a parents whom have been waiting.
Nicholas: Why did you not grow a baby in your tummy like Auntie Lori?
Me: Every situation is different for everyone. Sometimes the human body does allow a baby to grow inside, sometimes people prefer not to get pregnant due to medical issues, and sometimes people dream of being bless with a baby from God with the help of special Angels called Social Workers. Mine and Daddy's dream came true when God blessed us with you and Matthew. You both had lots of Angels.
Nicholas: So does the Helper give away babies and where are the Angels now?
Me: The Helper's gives the "gift" of a baby; not gives babies away. The Angels are working hard with lots of other babies to find them a home. We send them a Christmas card every year.
